# Contact

> How to reach us, what to put in your message so we can help quickly, and what never to send.

Write to **[support@citino.ai](mailto:support@citino.ai)**. It is the one address for everything: a question about a number, something that looks broken, plans and billing, or Enterprise engines.

## What to include

The more of these you give us, the less we have to ask back:

* **Your workspace's name**, and the **project** it is about.
* **The screen** you were on. The address in your browser's bar is the most useful thing you can send.
* **What you expected, and what you saw.** Copy any message on the screen word for word.
* **When it happened**: the date, the time and your time zone.
* **What you did just before**, if it might matter.
* For the API or MCP: the request's method and path, the status code, the time, and the name of the key or the app you used.

A screenshot helps. Crop out anything you would not want in an email.

> [!WARNING]
>
> **Never send a password, an API key, an access token or an application password**, not even part of one. We will never ask for them. If you think a key has leaked, revoke it in **Workspace settings → API keys** and create a new one; tell us its name, never the key itself.

## What to write to us about

* **Plans and billing.** There is no Billing page in the app yet, so plans, invoices and changes are arranged with us.
* **Enterprise engines**: Claude Sonnet, Grok and Claude Opus.
* **A workspace set up as the wrong type**, a brand that should be an agency or the other way round.
* **A brand's name is wrong everywhere.** Brand names are shared across Citino, so a correction is ours to make. Project settings says why.
* **A drift label or a source type that looks wrong.**
