# Brands

> Every brand the engines name in answers to your questions, ranked by visibility, and which of them you track.

Brands answers: where do you sit among every brand the AI engines name, and who is actually moving? It is the full league behind Overview’s rail, and the two always agree, because both read the same figures.

> Every brand named in the answers to your questions, ranked by visibility. Your own brand is highlighted.

## The toolbar

* The scope line, the same as Overview’s: your prompts in your segments, the answers read, and the window you picked on Overview.
* **Visibility · Movement** sorts the table. It starts on visibility. Movement is there when you want it, but in most windows almost every move sits inside its `±` range, so a movement sort mostly ranks noise.
* **Export** and **Add competitor** are shown and not available yet here. Add a competitor in [Project settings](https://docs.citino.ai/guides/screens/project-settings.md), or track one straight from the table below.

## What is on it, top to bottom

### Where you stand

A strip of four facts:

* **Brands named**: how many different brands the AI engines named in these answers.
* **You rank**: your place among all the brands named, ordered by visibility.
* **Leader**: the brand named most often in these answers.
* **Closest brand you could pass**: the brand just above you, how many points separate you, and whether your two `±` ranges overlap. If they overlap, the gap could be chance.

### Visibility league

One row per brand named in your answers. Your own brand is pinned first and highlighted; every other brand is shown in the same neutral style, whether you track it or not.

| Column | What it shows |
| - | - |
| Brand | The brand. A filled star is a competitor you track; an empty star is a brand the engines named that you do not track. |
| Visibility | Of all the answers we collected, the share that named the brand, with its `±` range and how many answers named it. |
| By model | Each brand’s visibility on each AI engine separately. |
| Position | When an answer names the brand, where it appears in the list on average. 1 means named first, so lower is better. |
| Sentiment | When an answer names the brand, how favourably it describes it, from 0 (negative) to 100 (positive). |
| Change | How much the brand’s visibility moved since the previous period of the same length, in points. A move smaller than its `±` is muted, "within noise". |
| Tracking | Whether you follow this brand, and the button to change it. |

Above the table, a note gives the sample: how many answers are in scope. Below it, **Show more brands** opens the rest of the list.

The footer says what is not shown yet: the change appears only once there are as many earlier days as the window to compare against, and what each brand is recommended for is not measured yet.

### Where you land when you are named

How often you are named first, second, third or later is not computed yet. The panel says so rather than showing a shape that was not measured.

## What you can do

* **Track** or **Remove** a brand. Tracked brands are the competitors you follow across every screen and alert. The rest are here because the engines named them. A change here is the same list Project settings shows. Owners, admins and editors can change it; anyone else sees the control muted, with the reason.
* **Sort** by visibility or by movement.

A page of its own for a single brand (Brand detail) is not available yet.

## Empty and error states

* **No brands named yet**: nothing has been named in your answers inside this scope and window. The first full run fills the table.
* **Loading** and **error** keep the toolbar; an error offers **Try again**.
