1
Add the connector
In claude.ai, open Settings → Connectors and choose Add custom connector. Name it Citino and enter this address:Leave any advanced OAuth fields empty: Citino needs no client id or secret from you. In Claude Desktop the steps are the same, under its settings.
2
Sign in to Citino
Choose Connect. Claude sends you to Citino. If you are not signed in to Citino in that browser, sign in as you normally do, with your password or with Google.
3
Check and allow
Citino’s consent page shows, in large type, the address of the app asking (claude.ai), then the account you are signed in as, the workspace it will read, what it can read, and where you will be sent back. If you belong to more than one workspace, choose the one Claude should read.Allow only if you just clicked Connect in Claude yourself. Allow becomes active a moment after the page appears; choose it, and you are sent back to Claude.
4
Ask a question
In a chat with the Citino connector enabled, ask in plain language: “What is our visibility this month, and is the change real or within noise?” Claude picks the tools it needs.
If your Claude organisation restricts connectors, an owner of your Claude organisation may need to add Citino for everyone first. That is a setting in Claude, not in Citino.
Good questions to ask
- “Which engines name us least, and who leads on them?”
- “Which prompts are we losing to a competitor, and which sources does the winner get cited from?”
- “What moved since last month by more than its ± range?”
- “Explain share of voice the way the dashboard does.”
Disconnecting
In Citino, open Workspace settings → Connected apps and choose Disconnect beside Claude. The connection ends at once. You can also remove the connector in Claude’s settings. If it does not connect
- “This connection request can’t be used.” The request did not come from an app Citino accepts, or named a return address that app did not publish. Start again from Claude’s connector settings rather than from a saved link.
- “No workspace here can connect an app.” You are signed in with a client portal login, which cannot connect apps. Sign in with your team account.
- Anything else: write to support@citino.ai with the time you tried.
