White label is the part of Workspace settings where an agency sets its own branding. The screen puts it in one line: “Your name, colour and logo on every client report and in your clients’ portal. The figures, their bands and what they mean stay exactly as measured.” It is available in agency workspaces only. Your own dashboard keeps Citino’s look; white label changes what your clients see.

Where it appears

  • Every report you generate, read through its link.
  • Every page of the client portal.
Citino’s mark is reduced to one “Data by Citino” line.

Setting it up

Open Workspace settings and go to White label. Press Save white label.
Pick an accent dark enough to read against white. A colour that is too light is refused, with the reason under the field.

Reports keep the branding they were made with

Saving says it plainly: “Saved. New reports use it; reports already generated keep theirs.” To put new branding on a report you have already sent, open that month on Reports and press Regenerate. The link stays the same.

What branding cannot change

The figures, their ± ranges, the labels on them and the “How to read this” definitions are the same for every agency. White label changes the frame around the numbers, never the numbers.

Who can change it

Only an owner or admin. Everyone else sees the values read-only, with a line saying who can change them.
