How often we ask your questions. Every question is asked once a day.
Every question, every engine, every day
Every question in a project is asked once a day on every engine the project tracks. That is the same on every plan, and there is nothing to set: Project settings shows the cadence and has no control for it. A day is your market’s day. Each day’s questions are scheduled in the early hours of the morning in the project’s market time zone, and every answer is dated by that time zone, not by UTC.One answer a day per question and engine
Each day gives one answer per question per engine. We do not yet ask the same question more than once a day on the same engine. Engines answer differently from one ask to the next, so one day’s answer is one draw; that is why every number carries a ± range built across many questions and days. See How bands are computed. The first collection
When a project is created, its first day of questions runs straight away rather than waiting for the next morning, and it goes ahead of everyone’s daily runs. Activation shows the results once every default engine has answered or been tried. When an engine fails
An engine can time out, slow down or refuse a request. A question that has not been answered is tried again up to three more times, about an hour apart, early that morning. If it is still unanswered when the day ends, that day is recorded as missed for that question and engine. A missed day is not an answer. It is left out of every number rather than counted as not naming you. A day with no answers at all breaks the daily chart’s line instead of dropping it to zero.Citino’s questions about your brand
The five questions Citino asks about your brand for Objections run weekly, on one weekday per project, and on the project’s first day. They are asked only for English-language markets, run behind your own questions, and can be paused as a set in Project settings. When a day has to be cut back
Collection runs inside daily spending safeguards. If a day would go over them, Citino’s own questions about your brand are dropped first, then any extra engines you switched on, before your questions on the default engines.Numbers are rebuilt every night
Each night, the figures for recent days are rebuilt from the stored answers, so an answer that arrives late lands in the right day. The last seven days’ figures can still move a little.Related
